Our Training Center

PHASE I
TRAINING PROVIDED AT A LOCATION DESIGNATED BY THE FRANCHISOR:

At Home Eldercare management will work with the franchisee to understand and fully grasp what an ideal location will be for the business.  Franchisor will provide franchisee with approximately one week of initial training at the Franchisor’s headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business.  Phase I instruction will pertain to administrative, operational, employee selection, and sales/marketing matters; it will also include a liberal amount of role playing. This training will be provided for the franchisee and up to one other team member.

PHASE II
WEEKLY SKYPE SUPPORT FOR THE NEXT 52 WEEKS

After spending a week with you, and having you become part of the family, we want to continue to build on the relationship we have formed; how best to do that? To Skype with you each week at a pre-assigned date and time. We do this to ensure you are doing what you need to be doing, when you need to be doing it! It is a support model we have perfected over the last 11 years, and it works marvelously.

PHASE III
TRAINING PROVIDED AT THE FRANCHISEE’S LOCATION:

On-site training typically takes place after the franchisee commences operations of their At Home Eldercare franchise model.  An experienced trainer from At Home Eldercare Franchising, LLC will provide on-site training for a period of 3-5 days within the first 12 months to assist the franchisee with operations.

No franchisee will be allowed to commence operations until the franchisee has successfully completed Phase I of the initial training program. Franchisees will have access to weekly Skype/phone call support sessions for the first year.

Franchisees will be required to attend up to two days of refresher/update training per year in up to two sessions.  Space permitting, the Franchisor will provide the opportunity for franchisees and one other team member to refresher training. This training will be provided at no cost, but the franchisee will pay for all applicable travel, lodging, and out-of-pocket expenses. Each franchisee will be assigned their own Field Consultant to contact with questions, problems or concerns.
